Can I transfer my domain?

Yes, you can. Domain transfer is transferring a domain name from one registrar company to another - in this case, from your current company (such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, HostGator, etc.) to United Methodist Communications.

Domain transfers can be tricky with multiple steps that often take a week or longer to complete.  If you are concerned about how long it will take OR prefer a more straightforward process, you can instead change where your Nameservers point.

It is important to note that your domain transfer DOES NOT TRANSFER THE CONTENT OF YOUR CURRENT SITE TO US. A domain transfer only transfers your domain name to us.
